Tutoring
WHY? Extra support outside of school hours can provide students with the tools and knowledge to reach and exceed grade-level standards.
WHAT? At the elementary school level, tutoring is available in all core subjects with specializations in phonics and literacy development. Middle and high school tutoring is available in the area of language arts with specializations in all genres of writing and the study of American and British literature.
WHO? Tutoring is available for students ages 7 and up.
HOW? The organization of lessons is adapted to the student's learning objectives and the academic content being supported such as homework, literature, or test preparation materials.
